Help How To Display Older Notifications?

Is there a way to display all the notifications I have received via the status bar?

Reason I ask is because I got notified that I can send back my old non-smartphone for a $30.00 credit from Verizon and it had an offer # which of course I didn't write down.

As usual, I can't find anything on the Verizon site.
