Help how to do Factory reset back in galaxy s4 att

I need to go ATT because my phone do not read the sim card, I am using the new sim card in other Iphone 4 for the moment, but I need my samsung s4 for warranty to go ATT. What can I do?
 
To factory reset you go to
settings > Accounts > Backup and reset > Factory Data Reset

But I do not understand the rest of what you said
 
what i said is: I rooted the galaxy s4 2 days ego, but yesterday I unrooted because I have to go ATT to services because my phone does'nt read the sim card, I already try the sim card in a iphone 4 and it works.But When I turn on the phone it show (custom with a unlock padlock) and If I take the phone to ATT they will know I root o did something and will void the warranty. I need to factory reset like new of box !!! What I do?
 
I havent looked into the rooting of this phone yet, but i have rooted all 3 of my previous galaxy phones. they have these symbols to tell when the phone has been modified, and it usually takes a while to find a work around. Some att stores wont check for this, some probably do
