Root How to do lte/cdma update! Genuine!

If I have the failed OTA update can I use this? Does the failed OTA(home buttons turn on the screen) mean I was flagged for an update?
 
Ok I jus called metro for spit and giggles about my phone receiving part of the update and after trying to talk to someone I couldn't really understand and that thought I tried using the ascend update on my phone because no update exist for the indulge and thats why it failed (smh) I asked for tech support. They said they have no idea what happened to my phone and asked that I take it to the corporate store so they can verify what I'm saying by actually seeing that my phone updated (hahaha). I told them I dnt have time for that blah blah blah!! and after holding for another 5mins she says ok...we need you to call from another phone because in order to fix your phone we need to walk you through a master reset. (Not doing it) :D but u gotta luv the fact they are persistent with this I have no idea of any update crap.
 
Ay Bro I already have prl 3019 I dos everything u said but when it goes to thu main screen but I never get any message

Make sure you follow all the steps, and SET YOUR PHONE DOWN! I did it twice, and thought it didnt work, because everytime i selected Start DM my phone would go to the Main screen, and i just thought it was bugged out, dont even unlock the screen if it locks, give it a minute or so,

Roddiy dose the dm logging have to be on?

Check under Settings - About Phone
I bet you have Basebade CDMA EE07, LTE ED15 but build number EA29

And that is exactly why I dont suggest everyone to do this unless they have reinstalled all of the bloatware (essentially making the phone back to stock)

ok so my sister's phone is on my account, and last i checked she still hasen't got the update (i haven't asked her about it lately and if it did update she'd probably be clueless), question is seeing as how it's on my account and i got the update, would her phone accept it if it was forced? Same account, same bill.
