Help How to downgrade xperia z firmware?

Hello

I would like to downgrade my firmware from .253 to an earlier firmware however i am a noob. Just wondering if there is a step by step guide or youtube clip that shows how to do this. I have searched the internet for quite a while now without any success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

P.S Im sorry if this has been placed in the wrong section. I wasn't sure if it should be in general or support

You may be able to use Flashtool to flash the appropriate .FTF file; the similar Odin software (for Samsung devices) allows downgrading firmware this way.

n.b. I've not tried this myself so don't take it as gospel.
