I don't completely understand your question, but:

You should just be able to download them through the Note.

Please explain.

You should just be able to download apps from the market, straight on to your Note (this is the easiest method)

What are the other method to download android application ?

1.Directly from Note using 3G or WiFi

Is it possible to download from android market using PC ?

it is not possible to download from android market to pc but for you ihave another way that is go to https://play.google.com/store?hl=en&tab=w8
click on the application which you like
in the description or somewhere else you will find devoloper's website from there you can download to pc and transfer it to galaxy note via bluetooth or SD card reader

BUT I STILL RECOMMEND TO DOWNLOAD FROM MARKET TO GALAXY NOTE
as downloading from other sources apps will not be updated.

The Android Market (now known as Google Play) is an app store on your phone that would download apps directly (via WIFI or 3G) on to your phone.

The other way to do it is to log on to Google Play and find the app you want. From there, you can choose to install an app to your phone (this would then install via WIFI/3G).

If for some reason the market (Google Play) is not available to you, you might try other legitimate sources for apps such as the Amazon App Store or getjar.com. Please be very VERY careful if you choose to install apps from file sharing sites. Most of the time they do not have the developer's permission and therefore are violating the developer's copyright. They can also be intrusion vectors for malware.

If there are certain apps you are looking for and can't get through Google, let us know what they are and we can help you get them the right way.

As for installing the app from an .apk file, let's assume you have a file on your PC for the app you wish to install. Copy it to your note by plugging the Note into the PC with the USB cable and mounting it as storage. Once copied to the Note, unmount from the PC and use a file manager on the Note to find the file you just copied. Astro and ES File Explorer are two free file managers that work well. Tap on the file to install. If it fails, you need to go to settings>applications and enable installation from unknown sources.

Thanks for your replies guys.
Presently using Google play to download it,now will try from Android market.
