How to download app store?

this assumes that the op is rooted.

@ OP

IF you are not rooted you can use the file mentioned above but you need to extract the play market app from it and then try to side load it. It may not work however as apparently your device does not support it. However its always worth a try.

Yes he is correct I said that because I was assuming your device rooted if not rooted the method I posted it don't work for you.
