How are you getting the links into the email? Are you sharing them to the app via a "share" button, or using copy and paste? If you're using the latter, try the former. If you've tried both and get the same result, then I doubt it's anything that you are doing wrong. Have you emailed them (using the link on the Google Play page) to notify them?
