How to empty app folder.

What do you mean by "app folder"?
If it's what I think then logically "uninstall all apps" would be the answer, but (a) you'd need root to do that and (b) you'd have a phone which couldn't make calls, see emails, messages, browse or download other apps, or actually do anything useful.
So maybe if you can tell us more clearly what you hope to achieve we might be able to give a better answer.
