Help How to enable incoming calls while roaming?

Not sure if this is the case but I think that whenever my phone is roaming (which is a lot at my house) I do not receive incoming calls. My old flip phone did this too but there was an option on it to enable incoming calls while roaming. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to do this on my Sprint Force. Anyone know how? My OS is Android 4.0.4

Stand on top of ur car on one foot to get better signal method, huh? My daughter has poor signal at her house one mile away from us. She got a Airave from Sprint to hook up to her wifi it boosts you signal works pretty good for her cause she had no signal at all. They will supply it for free but they may want to try to charge you for it so bitch them out and tell um your gonna drop them.

get a different carrier lol. and i think they will tell you to go to hell if youre a boost customer, they only care about sprint customers from what ive seen, we get the maze of menus that takes half an hour to get through to someone in pakistan who swears his name is dave and has no idea how to fix anything unless it can be solved by a factory reset
