i'm coding an App.i need some help....
this app is a voice recorder with this differents,encodes the voice and decodes
i'm thinking how to encode it(a simple algrothim).do you think i can record a voice then convert it to a arrys of bytes then plus each byte to be encoded and reducing a unit for decoding???
help me with this project....!
