Help how to enter diag mode?

Can anyone tell me how to enter droid pro diag mode so that i can use hw virtual serial port to connect and use cdma workshop to read?

am I missing something here? I am in the service programming menu and cannot find the diag option. is there an option like the droid 2 where I can press a key while startup?
