I rooted my phone with the SuperSU app installed and I factory restored my phone while I accidentally forgot to use the "full unroot" option in the SU app. The problem is, I can't get my phone back to how metropcs gave me the phone with all the bloatware apps on it, because I deleted some of them using the Link2SD app and I upgraded the firmware to (v10E) via OTA I believe. Now, every time I hard reset/factory reset, it starts at the latest firmware (V10E) and it's missing the official metropcs bloatware apps that I deleted while rooted, when in fact it is suppose to replenish them upon factory restoring as well as the previous firmware before the OTA update pops up.
I don't know how to get my phone back to default with all the metropcs apps that it came with and the previous firmware version (V10D) I assume while factory restoring, so I could start fresh like a new phone, since I am having issues with my physical home button ever since I rooted and upgraded firmware to the latest version. I am having problems awaking the L9 using the home button instead of using the power button on the side, like it doesn't respond until I press the home button 2 or more times or I have to hold it down, like something is physically wrong with it. Basically I can't wake up my phone using the physical home button above the usb port without it having issues and unresponsiveness. I want to try to get my phone back to be fully functional.
How do I get my phone to go back to the original factory (original metropcs bloatware apps installed like buying the phone fresh from the store and previous firmware it came with v10d? because right now, all it is doing is hard/factory resetting the phone with the latest firmware and missing metropcs stock apps which I deleted while rooted, which leads me to believe why factory restoring my phone isn't helping my hardware/software issues, because it's not going back to the factory firmware and condition to where the phone was originally. Is there any way to get my phone back to when I first received it with all the bloatware apps and stock firmware, and then start over?
