Help How to find Samsung Galaxy Note help

Is there a place in this group of forums that is moderated by Samsung tech personnel where questions may be asked and technical answers are provided? (On the 2 forums I've looked at, didn't see technical staff intervention.) Or if they are not to be found in these forums, where can they be located?

There aren't any Samsung Techs who are members here to my knowledge, but if you've got a question, I'm sure there are plenty of people who could provide an answer (or at least have a go).

You could try emailing Samsung support directly - I did regarding NFC support for the Note and they got back to me within a day.

Cannot locate the Note anywhere on their help website in the lists of products to request help. It would appear they have thrown Note owners to the wolves!
