Help how to fix android.process.acore has stopped working

Hi guys

im new to this forum and the ideas of forums in general so forgive me if i am repeating anything said before.

i am having the same problem. the error message about the acore stopping working.
the problem is my phone doesn't even switch on. this only appears when it finally does, and hwen i t does it freezes and then resorts back to the samsung screen

it just stays on the Samsung galaxy s3 home screen when you switch on with that the sound that it makes.

so i cant access settings or any content from my phone at all!

any help guys?

That error message is usually when there's a problem syncing your contacts with third party apps. It can be solved by clearing data for contacts and the problematic app but if your phone won't boot you won't be able to do that. Try booting into recovery mode with volume up, power and menu and clear cache and see if that solves the problem. If that doesn't work I think you're going to have to factory reset your phone in recovery mode.
