How to fix android WiFi error?

I have a Mobicel Titan, it runs android 2.3.7 Gingerbread.
When I turn the WiFi on it says "scanning" continuously and then error.
I have tried factory data reset, WiFix and #*#*526#*#*, but nothing works please help.

Are you sure that you're within a b, g or n wifi signal? If you are, I'd bring it back. It could be a bad wifi radio or bad wifi firmware (neither of which you can fix without voiding the warranty - and possibly bricking the phone).

I'm sure. The wifi works on everything else.
