Help How to fix Authentication failed error message for wi-Fi on Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Android Question

Guest
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I try to connect to my work place wifi, but I get the "Authentication Error Occurred" message even I try a lot times. It is fine when I connect to my home wifi and other place wifi. I'm very confirm that the password I using is correct as my laptop is able to connect to my work.
Anyone can advice me how to solve it?

Forget the connection in wireless settings, reboot and search for networks. If that doesn't work router may need to be rebooted. It could also be that the router only allows certain devices identified through their mac address.

Depending on your work they may have a 2 factor authentication. Many larger companies use certificates to control what devices can be on their Wifi. They put the cert on corporate devices and check for it when something tries to connect.
