Help How to fix bootloop in nexus 5?

I have a nexus with custom kernel , ELEMENTALX, and it is unlocked and rooted. So I tried to install a custom rom knowing that It wud delete elementalx, i installed the custom rom with recovery and it was successfully installed, But i got stuck at its logo, Colour Balls, so then i decided to recover from back up which i had made earlier. And I recovered it successfully to my stock rom which was lollipop with elementalx but it is stuck at the coloured balls. BOOTLOOP, I have important data on my phone so i would appreciate any usefull suggestion or a fix. Help!
And I also dont know how the adb commands works. IF anyone could suggest me a program which would do all things
Yes i can go into bootloader and recovery. Tried wiping cache of davlik and other and also tried factory reset but no use. So if a flash is required I am ready. Please tell me a program which would fix my phone.
(I cant Get onto home Screen) Phone = Nexus 5 Recovery = Clockwork Mod

Your options for saving your current configuration without data loss are becoming limited. The fact your nand restore did not work is concerning. If your important data is on the sdcard, you may be best served to adb pull your card contents to a computer before attempting much else.

About the only thing you have left to try is a different custom rom which would need to be adb pushed to the sdcard in order to flash from cwm, or a full scale return to stock by fastboot flashing the N5 factory images.

You can get get adb using AF's mini-sdk package. A much more lean and easier to install solution than the full Android sdk:
