how to fix imei invalid without Apps or PC ?

Did you ever back up your nvram? If so, you should be able to write the img file via adb shell. If not, I don't imagine there is a solution. You could potentially try flashing back to stock if the stock firmware is available for your device. That could possibly work but no guarantees.
Missing or invalid IMEI generally means the baseband has been trashed, most likely because you flashed an incorrect ROM.
In the absence of an original firmware backup. This is probably the correct ROM for the phone, which might restore the baseband to correct working.

Can't be done via ADB command only. The flashing tool does require Windows, so you'll probably have to beg, steal or borrow a PC from somewhere.
