Hey everyone!
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II running Android version 4.1.2.
For the past month, I've been unable to install/update certain applications.
When I do try to install/update, I get a error stating "Insufficient storage available".
This is surprising since I have more than 4 GB of free storage available.
Some of the applications that I'm unable to install or update are- WhatsApp, Expedia, the new Google Play Services update, Flipboard and so on.
Can someone please help me on rectifying this error? Please do let me know if any details about the phone is required.
Thank you!

Hi
I assume the storage available is the device memory and not just on an sd card.

I would install a small app called history eraser and erase the cache for all apps. You can do this in the phone settings but it is laborious (one at a time).
