how to fix the camera on my kocaso android tablet M752,whenever i open the camera app it is saying" insert SD card before using camera" I also can't find the software to flash the tablet

1) The camera app may be set to save pictures to the SD card by default, so you have to insert one before you can change that.
2) Flash to what? Not all devices get flash files for all versions of Android. In fact, some "orphaned" devices never get any flash files. The two most comon ways of flashing are CWM and TWRP - but there may not be a version of either for your tab.
