Help How to fix the Freeze Problem?

Hello guys, i Have a LG GW620 Eve and i see thats is a frequently problem
with this device, The Freeze Screen,Nothing Show on the Screen... The Buttons Work and the Touch Work.
Once in a while the Screen back to normal, But is only a question of time, He back Freeze and the screen goes CRAZY !...
I think if ALL The LG GW620 got this problem, Cause if do, IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS DEVICE !!!!
Please Someone know how to Fix this ?

turn on a heater or put your phone in the oven for a few minutes....just kidding

there are a few things you can try:

take out the battery and sim card for a few minutes then put it back in, do this say every week, think about leaving your pc on for a cuple of days and see if its sytem does not give hasles, same concept.

Then if that does not work....try a factory reset.

Is there a specific activity you did when it started freezing ?

Not rly, In Fact now he is Freezeeeed, How i say, He are TOTALY FREEZED(I don't know if this exist kk) Now the Screen are ever black, Don't display,No MORE!
I'll try take off the batery for a day and see if something happens, A factory Reset now is IMPOSSIBLE, He turn on already with the screen black, so i can't do a factory reset
