Help How to flash another regions firmware

Hi all,

I recently replaced my lost S7 Edge with another S7 Edge. The first one was purchased in Taiwan and the second was purchased in Vietnam. I have now discovered that there are a few differences in the functions between the 2 phones, and would like to flash my current phone to the firmware of the first.

I did some looking around and found that Sammobile.all provides different region firmware for all of their devices, however, after searching their site I was unable to find a Taiwanese or Chinese region firmware. Just about every other region was available EXCEPT. Any ideas how to A) find a Chinese or Taiwanese firmware version and B) how to go about flashing it?

Hi, I just checked the model number. It's not exactly the same as the one you posted. I've attached a screen shot for your reference.

Maybe you should check back later, some models may get the firmware later than others.

Just the way Samsung does things. Different model number for the same devices depending on region/ country.

This shows 11 model numbers for the S7 Edge, there are probably a few more

This shows model by country. Your first device probably had a different model number than the replacement you purchased
