how to flash over a phone without using a pc?

I have an active Metro Pcs account my old phone was the metro coolpad quatro but my ex broke it and I'm trying to see if there is a more simple easy way to flash my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 to Metro so I can switch my service to the Galaxy?? Money is tight for me right now so I can't afford to spend money on having it flashed at a cellular shop and i don't have a pc is there an easier way to do it yourself??

No there is no way of flashing without a comp. Everyway of flashing usually involves usb connection to the pc.
