i am from malaysia and i was upgrade my phone to android version 2.3.4 baseband version S5830XXKPH but i can't activate my MMS and can't upgrade firmware from my kies updater.. how can i format my phone to factory setting?
1. press the Menu key
2. select Settings
3. scroll to and select Privacy
4. scroll to and select Factory Data Reset
5. select Reset Phone
6. select Erase Everything
