Help How to fully back up apps contacts etc. NON rooted devices?

I got jellybean today and for some reason there is a red frame that keeps flashing randomly when I get A text and stuff...

I want to fully back up my contacts sms pictures everything so they I can factory reset.

just make sure that both your contacts and the pictures for each contact is linked to your GMail.

mine are, and whenever i get a new phone, factory reset, flash a new ROM, all of this stuff is automatically brought back when i sign into the phone.

I know but when i do that theres always some missing even if i sync before i do it... and I want an app or something that does it all in one...

im also worried about my paid apps...

my gf has had a few numbers synced to the phone, but not her email, even though you run a syncing program, it won't always catch everything.

Sprint. I have to many glitches on my phone...I kinda force my jelly bean update by doing the google service framework trick so i feel thats why its glitching so much
