How to get flash

Whenever i try to "click on" a button in an email, nothing happens. I assume this is because I dont have flash ? What can I download to gain that capability ?

I have a Droid HD Maxx, running ICS.
 
Emails must be formatted, and typically it's html, surprised that there is embedded flash.

I don't think it will work, but you can sideload flash from the adobe archives. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the android versions:

Again, don't think that will work, so it's probably an html thing. Personally I hate html embedded email, there's so much malicious that can happen there!
