How to get privious call recordings without recording the calls?

.....you can't. if you have not recorded the call, then there is no recording. if there is no recording, how can you retrieve something that never was???????
maybe if you had a time machine you can go back before the call, hit record, and your problem will be solved.....LOL
even if you did record it and some how deleted it, you most likely will not able to get it back.
If one of you is on a terrorism watchlist maybe you could ask your country's security services if they have a recording they would be willing to share? Or if the other person recorded it you could ask them.
Otherwise this is like asking how you can get a copy of a photo you forgot to take.
Or do you seriously think that your service provider records every call that is made? If you think about it for a few minutes you'll see that requires a conspiracy almost on the "flat Earth" scale of implausibility for that to be kept secret, while the huge financial cost plus the certainty that if it ever came out it would be jail time for all involved plus the end of the company would seem pretty good reasons for even the most amoral corporation to have nothing to do with that.
