Root How to get rid of new update popup?

This happened once before, about 5 months ago maybe? Where it would ask for an update to download and there was an ota_fix. It's been happening again for another update, I was wondering if flashing the same fix would take care of it, or if there is a new fix available at all. I'm using stock rom, rooted with custom recovery.

Hi, I flashed that in recovery, and the nag screen is still there. Rebooted, still there. Flashed it again, nag screen is still there... is there something besides flashing I have to do on my phone?

I would just flash a kitkat ROM so I wouldn't have to worry about it again PAC ROMs pretty sleek its your choice or u can flash the moon 2.9 a ROM

Oh, well after a bit it went away on its own, so it worked. Cool stuff.
