I switched to the pattern lock screen just to try it, but I don't like it. Now the option to switch to the other lock screens are gone. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I get the push screen back?

Try and clear the certificates.
Settings > Security > Clear Credentials.
Settings > Security > Clear Credentials.
