Root how to get rid of the tampered?

how do i remove the tampered watermark from the bootloader

i used this method

and is it possible to still remove it after i unlock the bootloader to get a custom recovery.

1) You dont want to unlock the bootloader, you want to get S-OFF using the pandaroot

2) to get rid of the **tampered** all you have to do is run the RUU

Running the RUU removes root.

If you unlock the bootloader with HTCdev, it will still say tampered.

If you get s-off, you can edit it away.

Either the unlock or s-off lets you install a custom recovery.
