Help How to get SMS photo onto pc

Hi..I am new to this forum and new to the Samsung i7500..in fact I have only ever used Nokia classics before so it's all quite different. I have figured out most of the basic things that I want to use on it.

I want to transfer a photo my daughter sent to me, onto my computer but I can't figure out how to do that. I'm using the New PC Studio software that came with the phone but can't figure out how to find the photo in the text messages (or find the text messages for that matter). I can find photos I've taken with the phone, but not the ones sent to me via sms

Can someone guide me..in very simple language please :)

I'm connecting to the pc via usb cable as I also can't get the bluetooth to work either.

Thanks pasxal....I was going to ask..how do I do that, seeing I'm such a novice with this phone...but I figured it out :)

I spoke too soon...I got the photo onto my pc ok, but now I have this little icon showing at the top of my phone, that wasn't there before. I suspect I have set something running in the background that I don't want..like email. I'm not really interested in receiving emails on my phone at this stage. In my attempts to email the photo I was fiddling around with email. How can I get rid of this icon, whatever it is?
