Root How to get some apps back

So i have deleted some apps from my phone(through titanium,Z4root) and i was just wondering how to get them back it was mostly the easy wifi i just wanted a way to free some space up :/

if you haven't deleted the metro app store, most of them are available for download in there. This happend to me in fact in a far worse situation, Even though it says metroPCS does not make it bloatware I found out the hard way. Please be aware of what your deleting!
