How to hard reset NATPC tablet?

Hi I'm locked out of my stepdaughters tablet after trying the screen pattern too many times, now locked out ith no wifi connection so can't log into my google account, how do I do a factory reset, I can get to the android living down with red triangle by holding volume up and power, but then I can't get it to give me a recovery option. It's one of tose cheap allwinner m009 tablets
Any advice would be much appreciated

If you have forgot the pattern lock then you can try using your Gmail account and password to get through it.

Otherwise your last bet is booting into recovery by holding the Sound Up/Down and then holding power. From there factory reset the device.

I figured this out last night and incase anyone else needs to know how to hard reset the NATPC tablet. While tablet is off you press the power and vol- button at the same time. If nothing comes try again with your finger holding power then vol- a second afterwards.
You should have a menu come up in chinese with about 20 options. Select option 2 (on the right) which takes you to submenu. touch option 4 on the right second row down then green button. Then go back and switch off and once you restart, it should have hard resetted.
