If you don't mind flashing a custom rom chevanlol's simplicity rom will give you the option to include qslide or not when you install it. He's made it so you can choose which of the unnecessary stock apps you want included when you flash it. There may be another way but that's how I did it.
Which ROM? Did you use Simplicity?
How do you like it? I'm thinking about installing it. Does it have the stock Android feel. The screenshots that I've seen look like its skinned to emulate kitkat. If I install it I'll probably use a stock jb theme with Apex Launcher.

QSLIDE takes up a chunk of extra space on an already small screen
Worse yet, with the newest OTA update, they put another row of RECENT APPS icons across the app drawer...
Success! I have Simplicity running and it's great. No Try and buy bloatware, and I disabled all of that LG GUI/qSlide garbage so everything feels and runs like Stock JB. Thanks for the advice/help everyone.
I like the stock JB theme.
Yes I chose LG, then I installed apex launcher and the JB theme pack... I don't want to use KitKat until I am on a KitKat device.
