How to I wipe data?

Im currently running my device rooted and on the debloated rom.
The buyer wants to keep it that way.
Are these the correct steps to safley transfer the device?

1) Unfreeze everything from titanium backup.

2) Go into settings and wipe everything.

Done?

*Also, do I need to remove or keep the sim card that is currently in the device*?

You do not need to unfreeze anything unless you want to. Best way is either bootstap it into cwm and wipe data/cache/dalvik or you can do it from the settings menu. You are also going to want to keep the sim card as it will be useless to who is getting your Bionic.
