How to import feeds from google reader to Flipboard?

Hi,

I tried following the instructions on this website link: How to bring your Google Reader feeds over to Flipboard

However, I cannot find any options to import from google reader. There is only google+ account. I do not have a google+ account. Don't want and don't need one.

I have tried RSS via feedly and that works. Does not need a google+ account to make it work. Any ideas?

I don't think you'll be able to import anything from Google Reader, even if an app offers that function, since Google Reader was shut down well over 1 year ago. The service no longer exists, so there's nowhere to import the data from.

Yes. I am aware of that. However feedly can import from google. I don't know how, but it just can.

Ahh.. well if you have it in feedly feedly: your news. delivered. you can export your feed from there as an opml file and then throw it into an rss reader of your choice... except flipboard which stubbornly refuses to import them... so it looks like you'd have to manually add your rss feeds...

I think thats why when google reader when belly-up, I stopped using flipboard all together, and jumped onto the feedly boat

Then I'll continue to stick with feedly. Thanks
