Help how to import folders from firefox browser

madixxx

Newbie
hi there

can someone help me by explaining how to best import my huge collection of folders on the firefox browser onto the tablet?

i read about my bookmarks but the critics say it does NOT iport folders.
I have LOAds or work stored in the folders and really cant imagine copying all this by hand.

HELP HELP!!

ps
noone replied anything on my spelling problem thread , am i the only one writing lots and spelling bad?? :-(

By folders, I'm guessing that you mean bookmarks? Probably the easiest way would be to download Firefox on your tablet and use the built-in sync feature. The browser is kinda big and slow, but I keep it on my phone just so I can sync.

There are a couple of alternatives you can use. First is the Firefox Mobile browser that ylexot mentioned. If you use the sync feature within the browser, you can keep your bookmarks on mobile and desktop versions. Second, you can use Xmarks to either sync your bookmarks with a browser like Dolphin or you can simply use the Xmarks app. You do have to have the paid version of Xmarks, though.

Ok so maybe i should explain why i sound like a total dummy.
i purchased my laptop while being expat in Poland so some stuff just keeps forcing the polish language on me. amongst others the browsers. hence my confusion.
i just translated the two separately as bookmarks and folders thinking they are 2 different things...
i place most my research in folders which i classify.
i also use the rss plugin.

now i need to export this to the tablet
so actually my question is :
how to best do it
and
which is the BEST browser for android on which i will be able to store my work in a practical way

if anyone has had a similar issue id be grateful for some guidance.

the firefox doesn't seem to work as it did on MS and chrome keeps shutting down.
i read about dolphin and skyfire ...anyone?

oh and btw

once i have copied the existing folders/bookmarks :) i don't need to sync it actually. i will only need to download it again in the future to a new devise.
