This worked for my SGH-T599N, and it should work for any other Samsung Galaxy Exhibit(4G).
And I know I probably don't need to say this but, you need to be #rooted.
Okay, so you want to download everything below
-------------------
(Links if you don't want to click "THIS", I don't blame you)
ClockworksMod Recovery -

TWRP Recovery -

Rashr -

-------------------
Now, I know what your wondering, why do you need ClockworksMod to flash TWRP?
Honestly, you probably don't but I did that so if you like ClockworksMod recovery(non-touch) more then TWRP(Touch) then you can just keep it.
So first, you open up Rashr.
You can choose to Backup or not. Honestly, it's not needed as this isn't going to brick your phone, but if your a first time user, I'd suggest backing up just in case.
Now, once you have all that out the way, and you grant the application Root Access,(If it says "Update available" just ignore it right now)
Click "Recovery from Storage" > Now click the recovery1-cwm.img(Not TWRP) file that I told you to download from earlier, it's going to say "Warning! are you sure?" and click Yes,please.
Now, it should say something like "Partition Flashed, Reboot into Recovery?"
That's good! it means it worked! (If it said something like "Failed" then comment below, I'll help you)
Now reboot into recovery manually, meaning click "No thanks."
Power your phone completely off, Hold the Volume Up button, the Home button, and the Power button at the same time. Once the "Samsung Galaxy Exhibit SGH T599N" screen comes up, let go of the Power button only.
Now if you did that right, you should see
ClockworksMod Recovery.
It should say something like "CM-based Recovery v6.0.3.6" at the top.
Now, goto "Install Zip" (Use the volume rockers and the power button, just like stock recovery)
Now select "Install zip from sdcard." OR "Install zip from external sdcard" (Wherever you put the downloaded files)
Now select the "twrp_2.7_codinalte.zip" from where ever you saved it, then goto "Yes - install twrp_2.7_codinalte.zip"
In the text below, it should say "Flashing recovery, done"
Now, turn off your phone, go into recovery again (just like before)
And now, you should see a "TeamWin" screen when you boot into recovery.
Congratulations, you flashed a custom recovery successfully
Did one of the steps not work? Or did I not explain it good enough? Comment below. I'll help out!
