Hi,

I am quite experienced in IT business, and i work with Linux, OSX and Windows. I have Chinese phablet U86 (MTK 6589) 1 gb. Can somebody explain me where to find ROM for this phablet an how to install it in a simple, understanible, idiot proof way. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to AF! :)

I've had a look around and I can't find anything specific for your phablet, sorry.

Unless someone has found a root exploit, built a custom recovery and then a ROM for that specific device, you're out of luck.

Whilst Google does release source code, someone needs to port it to make it work on specific devices. On a generic, cheap, Chinese device, the likelihood of someone doing that is slim, sorry.
