Root how to install B07 OTA fix?

I recently installed "L" Awe v2.5 (twrp 2.6.3.0), and the other day started getting the 18.3MB OTA software update nag. Based on other posts here, it looks like I need to apply the B07_OTA_Bypass fix. Can someone list the steps on doing this?

Just flash the ota in recovery

It don't matter where the OTA zip is located

I believe he means where did the official OTA download to by itself, not where to put it
