Help how to install CM10.1/10 Theme Neon Colors 2.15

i really want to install this them on my lg motion.
but i dont know if its compatible with my lg motion
if possible what kind of launcher do i need ?

the problem with a cm theme is you need the t mobile theme chooser. you cant to my knowledge install it to a non cm rom so i dont think it would work.
