How to install cwm 6.0.1.2 recovery on optimus zone

HERE AGAIN ANDROID ADMIRER WITH EASY WAY TO INSTALL CWM 6.0.1.2 ONTO OUR OPTIMUS ZONE

FIRST YOU NEED TO HAVE THESE 2 THINGS
1. Rooted LG Optimus Zone V410PP.
2. USB debugging enabled on phone.

then download this recovery.img file

we are going to be using a terminal emulator app so make sure you download a free one from the playstore first

Instructions to install CWM Recovery:

1. Download recovery.zip and extract.
2.********* Put recovery.img on your **INTERNAL** storage NOT **EXT STORAGE***

3. In terminal type su hit enter it should ask you for superuser permissions

4. Then Type "dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17"
then hit enter

YOU CAN EITHER TYPE "reboot recovery" inside terminal or ......

5. Power down the phone.

6. Hold the volume down and home button, press the power button.

7. Give it a minute or so and CWM will boot up.

**********if for some reason you boot into recovery and its just the regular android recovery

then just repeat all these steps

I'm trying to find a rooting tool form my LG Optimus Zone 2 but in the meantime, will this recovery also work with a rooted Optimus Zone 2?

Rooting with towelroot was smooth as silk! Any chance that a custom recovery and/or a custom rom is lingering somewhere?

Any update on a recovery for the zone 2 if I knew how to use clockworkmod recovery builder id build one.
