Root how to install cwm ?

Ive been searching on how to flash cwm but no luck. Ive seen philz recovery but it says that you need cwm first to flash?

Im doing exactly what the direction says but when i open odin and start the program i wait and at the end it says failed instead of passed? This is what someone said at xda.

Hmm if the download is corrupted than I'll upload one I downloaded a while back

Nope no oc kernel. Personally I think the phone is fast enough as it is but that's just me. There was talk of porting a kernel from another phone but there's been no new info on it.
