How to install games??

I have HAWX and Modern combat sandstorm for android...my fone is not rooted...How can i install these games??

the procedure there says :

Install
1. If SDFiles.rar is located in your phone directory, extract it to the root of your SD
Card.
2. Install APK
3. Play

Install APK
1. Transfer the app (*.apk) to your phone and place in a folder you will remember placing it in on your SD Card (Skip this step if using you Android to download).
2. Go to the Market (on your Android) and search for Astro (or get it from Astro File Manager)
3. Download Astro File Manager (its free).
4. Once installed open Astro.
5. Go to the folder you put the application in (if you downloaded from you Android it will be the folder call "download" or "downloads").
6. Click the app once (a Pop Up should appear) and choose open app manager (or words to that effect).
7. Click install once (you may get a Pop Up saying its blocked from installing just go to the settings, application settings and check the "Unknown Applications").
*If you get a file with the app name and a extension that's like app name here.txt just use Astro and rename it to app name here.apk and do steps 7 and 8.




I am using apkinstaller for installing that apk file and i m copying that folder with other stuff of the game to my SD card but the game is not installing...what shud i do??

Do this:

1) Unpack the rar files on your computer and you should end up with a the apk files.

2) Place the apk files on your sd card(anywhere, just remember where).

3) Download Astro from the Android market.

4) Open Astro and navigate to the apk files.

5) Click them to install.

6) If you get a pop up saying that the installation was blocked, go to "Settings > Application Settings" and check "Unknown Applications" Repeat step 4 & 5.


Where you are likely going wrong is that you are not unpacking the rar to begin with.
