How To Install GrooveIP & RingTo Apps. on A Samsung Galaxy TAB 4

Greetings - Anyone familiar with GrooveIP & RingTo Apps.?...I'm interested in installing GrooveIP & RingTo
Apps. on my Samsung Galaxy TAB 4 to allow phone calls and SMS/MMS...I've been reading the instructions
on both websites, but finding it confusing...Not sure of the steps to follow to generate the tel# required...
Both websites seem to indicate that the tel# is to be registered by them...

Any assistance showing the sequence of steps would be greatly appreciated...Or, if you suggest another/better App. to enable the TAB to make/receive phone calls, SMS/MMS...

Ring to and groove IP are the same. Just set up an account and get a number. Then you are good to go. I just had to redo my account. I have a new number that I can use. And still have my original number for my phone. Now I have two numbers for my phone.if you are using the galaxy tab. You will have to use it over WiFi. Unless you have a data plan.
