how to install jad\jar files

You can't afaik. Android doesn't support traditional Java apps. And I haven't really seen a Java application for Android that works. To be honest, I'm not sure why you would want to. The native applications run much, much better. And whatever Java apps you do have probably have a Android equivalent.
