I run a store where we have about 60-80 androiddevices charged and live. I've started to install "Android Assistant" on most of them, but new phones are coming every week. Is there possible to autoinstall the application (and more) by only login into the account? And I need an application which tracks down the phone, or block the phone enterily (theft).

1. By only login into gmail account, can some application already be installed on new android devices?
2. Theft happens all the time in my store, i need some awesome app which track, block etc the device(s)
