How to jump between running apps

I recently jumped ship from iOS to Android and am loving it. But I can't figure out how to jump between apps like iOS with the double tap of the home button which would show you which apps are running and allow you to bounce between them.

It's a SG3.

Not sure about SGS3, but on SGS2 if you hold down the central button it brings up all recent apps.
