This is working on the optimus s not sure of other devices but here we go..
1. Flash cm7 rom
2. Apply cm7 theme
3. Reboot to recovery
4. Wipe caches
5. Flash cm9 rom
6. Reboot
7. Profit
Only do this if its long term for the theme. Once u apply different theme its no more.
