Although I don't think I'll be doing any updates, it was good info. I used vi instead of a file explorer.

i dont think the DX will see another upgrade, so i dont know how good this will be for us, unless you sbf, and then root, and dont feel like flashing a prerooted ota, or rooting the new ota... o well

This also wouldn't do any good if you're always flashing between Roms. Which most DX users are doing.
